Voucher Program
SAAC is not issuing vouchers at this time. Please check back soon. In the meantime, please view our list of other low-cost spay/neuter programs in the Sacramento area.
SAAC Voucher Program criteria:
- Vouchers are given out on a first-come, first-served basis.
- To qualify annual household income must be $35,000 or less.
- Proof of income is required.
- Co-payment is $10 for each cat and $15 for each dog.
- Recipients must use vouchers at a participating veterinary clinic within 30 days.
