West Sacramento residents can now have their dogs spayed or neutered for just $15 through the Sacramento Area Animal Coalition (SAAC) Voucher Program.
Who is eligible?
- West Sacramento residents who receive public assistance and/or have an annual household income of $35,000 or less. Applicants must submit proof of income or public assistance documentation.
- Priority will be given to applications for pit bulls and Chihuahuas (including mixes).
- Dogs must be between 3 months and 7 years of age
What is provided?
Each pet will receive a voucher for spay or neuter surgery, which can be redeemed at a participating veterinary clinic. Limit four pets per household, dogs only.

Just $15 per dog, payable to the clinic at the time of surgery
